(CGB), a leader in the grain and transportation industries, announced today that Steve O’Nan, Senior Vice President of CGB Soybean Processing and President of North Dakota Soybean Processors, has retired after more than 40 years of dedication and leadership within agriculture.

Steve began his career with CGB in 2013 as Vice President and has spent his entire 40+ year career in the soybean processing industry. He will continue to serve the company as a board member for North Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC (NDSP), a joint venture formed by CGB Enterprises, Inc. and Minnesota Soybean Processors, which will own and operate a state-of-the-art processing facility near Casselton, North Dakota.

“If I have learned anything this last 43 years, it is the importance of the people around you. I am blessed to have been around so many incredible people, and I can’t wait to see what you’re going to do with this great company as you go forward,” O’Nan said in a recent company meeting.

CGB is pleased to announce that Tom Malecha, current Vice President, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of CGB Soybean Processing and President of NDSP. We wish him the absolute best in his well-deserved retirement,” said Eric Slater, President and CEO, CGB Enterprises, Inc. “I also want to congratulate Tom Malecha on his appointment as Senior Vice President of CGB Soybean Processing and President of NDSP.
